What cleaning process do your use?
I use a Carpet pretreatment that releases the soiling factors from the carpet fibres, then rinse the carpet with hot water and extract.
How long will the carpets or upholstery take to dry?
There are many factors that can affect the drying time. The industry suggests that drying should be between 5 and 12 hrs.
Are you able to remove stains?
The ultimate goal is to remove as many as possible. I carry a number of different products designed to effectively remove most stains.
What type of equipment do you use?
I use a powerful truck mount system. I have a fresh water tank and a holding tank to hold all the soiled water I extract. My goal is to leave your carpets clean and free of any cleaner residue.
